المقادير
2 chickens, about 1 kg each  
3-4 carrots  
1-2 chopped onions, few chopped celery stalks,  
5-7 diagonally-halved garlic cloves,  
meat stock, cooking oil, salt and pepper  
1 tablespoon cornstarch cornflour  
طريقه التحضير
Cut the chickens into 4-6 pieces.
Boil carrots, and after being cool, slice into thine rounds.
Parboil onions and celery in the oil until golden.
Arrange chicken pieces in oven pan, garnish with vegetables, season, and cover with meat stock.
Place in moderate oven and bake for about 60-90 minutes,
Bast the pieces in their own juice, you can add some cornflour to make the juice thicker.
