Yogurt Chicken


المقادير
About 1kg chicken pieces  
1 c. yogurt  
1/4c. melted butter or margarine  
1 chopped green chili  
1/4 c. chopped coriander leaves  
Finely chopped ginger  
salt  
5 garlic cloves, crushed  
طريقه التحضير
Mix all the seasons including salt, chili, yogurt, coriander leaves, ginger, and garlic well
Skin the chicken pieces, prick all over with a fork and then put it in a large cooking pan.
Cover the chicken pieces with the sauce and leave it covered overnight
Next day, heat the oven,
Put the chicken pieces in a roasting pan, cover it with half of the butter and then put the yogurt on the surface
Put the roasting pan in the center of the preheated oven at 400°F for 15 m. then reduce the heat and leave for more half an hour or till tender.
Remove the chicken from the oven, place on the serving dish and cover with the sauce and serve hot.
