Toast walnuts by baking it in heated oven at 350°F for 5 minutes in pie pan |

Fry onion in the oil with the thyme, coriander, and pepper in preheated oil for 8 minutes |

Chop and add to the onion mixture together with shredded tofu and mix well |

Parboil potato cubes in salted water for 10 m. and then remove potatoes and keep the water to be used later |

Mash boiled potatoes with butter, salt and milk to be used for preparing the potato layer |

Wrap the tofu with plastic wrap and keep the tofu cake in the freezer for 24 hours and then remove, squeeze and grate |

Arrange in a cooking pan and spread a layer of mashed potato on the surface |

 |
Bake the pie for 30 minutes in preheated oven at 350°F and then serve |
