Vegetable Sauté

2 c. shredded green cabbage, |

2 minced garlic cloves |

1/2 c. chopped green pepper, |

1 tsp. crushed red pepper |

2 tbsp. peanut oil |
|
 |
1/4 c. sliced shallot |
|
 |
1 c. green beans with removing the ends |

 |
2 sliced carrots |
|
 |
1 bay leaf |
|
 |
1 tbsp. soy sauce |
|
 |
1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. sugar |

Mix red pepper, salt, sugar, bay leaf, and soy sauce |

Stir shallot and garlic in preheated oil for 2 minutes and then pour the above mixture in the pan |

Put the , beans, green pepper, cabbage, carrots and stir for 5 minutes or till crunchy and then serve hot with rice or as you wish |
