Vegetable Bouquet


المقادير
1 small head cauliflower  
1/4 kg. new potatoes  
1/4 kg. fresh yellow beans  
1/4 kg. Carrots  
1/4 kg. fresh green beans  
2 slices white bread  
Polish sauce  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare the vegetables by washing it all, removing the ends of the fresh beans, divide cauliflower into florets and leave carrots without slicing it.
Boil each kind of the vegetables separately and then drain and let to cool
Prepare the polish sauce and toast the bread pieces
Arrange the vegetables in a saucepan and coat with the sauce and serve immediately.
