Turnovers with Meat Filling

المقادير
1/2 cup butter  
1 teaspoon salt  
1 kg best quality flour  
1 teaspoon sugar  
1/2 cup oil  
1 tablespoon active yeast, water  
Ingredients of the filling: cooking oil  
1/2 kg lamb  
2 onions  
salt and pepper  
2 tablespoons pine nuts

Mince meat and onions and fry until the juices are reabsorbed.
Season and add pine nuts and remove from fire to cool.
Roll out dough thinly on floured surface, and cut into small balls.
Put a spoonful of meat filling in center of each ball, wet the edges with water and lift the pastry on three sides and press together to form pyramid.
put in greased oven tray after brushing with oil, and bake in preheated moderate oven until dough is crisp and golden.
