Turnovers with Cheese Filling


Lebanese recipe
المقادير
1 tablespoon active yeast  
1 kg flour  
1/2 cup butter  
1 teaspoon sugar  
1 teaspoon salt  
1/2 cup oil, water  
Filling Ingredients:  
2 tablespoons chopped parsley,  
2 hard-boiled eggs  
cooking oil  
1 cup grated white cheese  
طريقه التحضير
Mix parsley, cheese and seasoning with mashed eggs.
Roll out dough thinly on floured surface, and cut into small balls.
Put a spoonful of cheese mixture in center of each round, wet the edges with water and lift the pastry on three sides and press together to form pyramid.
Put in greased oven tray after brushing with oil, and bake in preheated moderate oven until dough is crisp and golden.
