Turnovers with Cheese Filling

1 tablespoon active yeast |

1 kg flour |

1/2 cup butter |

1 teaspoon sugar |

1 teaspoon salt |
|
 |
1/2 cup oil, water |
|
 |
Filling Ingredients: |

 |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, |
|
 |
2 hard-boiled eggs |
|
 |
cooking oil |
|
 |
1 cup grated white cheese |
|

|
 |
Mix parsley, cheese and seasoning with mashed eggs. |

 |
Roll out dough thinly on floured surface, and cut into small balls. |
|
 |
Put a spoonful of cheese mixture in center of each round, wet the edges with water and lift the pastry on three sides and press together to form pyramid. |
|
 |
Put in greased oven tray after brushing with oil, and bake in preheated moderate oven until dough is crisp and golden. |
