Fry the turkey pieces in preheated oil over medium-high heat till brown and then cover the pan and place it in the oven at 325ºF till tender. |

Move the turkey pieces into a large flat serving dish, |

Put the sauce of the turkey in the ovenproof skillet, with removing the fats on the surface of the sauce to reduce fats add chicken broth to make the sauce 2 cups. |

Add the turkey paste and stir gently and continuously till the sauce becomes thick |

Return the turkey pieces into the pan, coat with the sauce and pour the rest over it and place it in the oven to be cooked on low heat. |

After 10 minutes, remove the turkey pieces and serve hot with white rice. |
