Turkey Mole


Turkey Mole is the principal dish in most of the important celebrations in the upper class families in most of the countries all over the world.
المقادير
4 serving pieces turkey  
1 can mole paste  
1 tbsp. lard or cooking oil  
4 cups cooked rice  
1 to 2 c. turkey or chicken broth  
طريقه التحضير
Fry the turkey pieces in preheated oil over medium-high heat till brown and then cover the pan and place it in the oven at 325ºF till tender.
Move the turkey pieces into a large flat serving dish,
Put the sauce of the turkey in the ovenproof skillet, with removing the fats on the surface of the sauce to reduce fats add chicken broth to make the sauce 2 cups.
Add the turkey paste and stir gently and continuously till the sauce becomes thick
Return the turkey pieces into the pan, coat with the sauce and pour the rest over it and place it in the oven to be cooked on low heat.
After 10 minutes, remove the turkey pieces and serve hot with white rice.
