Stuffed and Baked Artichokes

A) Main Ingredients:  
6-8 artichokes  
For stuffing: 1/2 kg savory minced beef  
1 cup thin bechamel sauce  
1 cup tomato sauce

Prepare and cut artichoke hearts before stewing.
Mix savory minced beef with sauce and fill artichoke hearts.
Leave for half an hour in a greased oven pan with well-seasoned stock or water and bake in preheated moderate oven.
