Stuffed Zucchini Cooked in Yogurt

1 kg small cored zucchini  
2 egg whites  
2 cups yogurt  
طريقه التحضير
Stuff zucchini savory minced beef.
Arrange in pot with just enough water to cover and cook over very slow fire.
Beat egg whites and stir into yogurt and drain zucchini with, passing it through sieve, when it becomes tender.
Leave on fire uncovered for 5-7 minutes, then it would be ready to be served immediately.
If you want to have a better taste it would be better to fry the zucchinis after coring them lightly.
