Stuffed Zucchini Cooked in Tomato Sauce

For stuffing: 1/2 cup rice |

1/2 kg minced lamb or beef, |

 |
2 chopped onions, |

 |
For sauce: teaspoon cinnamon powder |

3 peeled and diced tomatoes, |

5-7 crushed garlic cloves, |

2 tablespoons tomato paste |

 |
1 grated onion, |
|
 |
cooking fat |

salt and pepper |

Mix all stuffing ingredients well and fill zucchinis. |

Fry onion in the oil to a golden color, then add garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste dissolved in 1 cup of water, cinnamon, and seasoning to prepare sauce. |

Boil for 10-15 minutes to thicken sauce, then remove from fire, |

 |
place stuffed zucchinis in tomato sauce and cook about half an hour till being cooked. |
