Stuffed Zucchini Cooked in Tomato Sauce

1kg small cored zucchini  
For stuffing: 1/2 cup rice  
1/2 kg minced lamb or beef,  
2 tablespoons pine nuts  
1 tablespoon chopped parsley,  
1 tablespoon mixed spice  
2 chopped onions,  
For sauce: teaspoon cinnamon powder  
3 peeled and diced tomatoes,  
5-7 crushed garlic cloves,  
2 tablespoons tomato paste  
1 grated onion,  
cooking fat  
salt and pepper

Mix all stuffing ingredients well and fill zucchinis.
Fry onion in the oil to a golden color, then add garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato paste dissolved in 1 cup of water, cinnamon, and seasoning to prepare sauce.
Boil for 10-15 minutes to thicken sauce, then remove from fire,
place stuffed zucchinis in tomato sauce and cook about half an hour till being cooked.
