Stuffed Sweet Peppers


There are several types of pepper but the most preferable one for stuffing is the sweet pepper and you should taste it to determine sweetness.
المقادير
1/2 kg ground beef  
2 tablespoons  
3 cups tomato juice  
1 kg green sweet peppers  
cooking oil, 1 cup rice  
1 finely chopped onion,  
salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Blanch peppers and remove stems and seeds.
Mix meat, onion, rice, seasoning, and 1 tablespoon cooking oil with 1 cup tomato juice, and fill peppers loosely.
Arrange peppers in pot upright and add remaining oil to tomato juice, season, and pour over peppers.
Cook over low flame for about 30 minutes.
