Stuffed Sweet Peppers (meatless)


There are several types of pepper but the most preferable one for stuffing is the sweet pepper and you should taste it to determine sweetness.
المقادير
1 kg green sweet peppers  
For stuffing: 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup rice  
3-4 peeled and diced ripe tomatoes,  
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley leaves,  
1/2 cup finely chopped dill leaves,  
salt and pepper  
1 grated onions,  
طريقه التحضير
Blanch peppers, and remove stems and seeds.
Mix all the stuffing ingredients and fill peppers loosely.
Arrange peppers in pot upright and half-cover with salted water
Cook over very low flame for 30 minutes.
