Stuffed Potatoes

6-8 medium potatoes ( uniform-sized potatoes) |

meat stock, salt and pepper |

cooking oil |

1 cup savory minced beef |

 |
peel, core, and soak in salted water. Drain, dry well, and fry in the oil. |

Remove onto absorbent paper to cool, then fill with savory minced beef. |

Arrange in a pot and half-cover with well-seasoned stock and cook slowly. |

You can replace meat stock with tomato juice to have a different taste. |
