Stuffed Potatoes


المقادير
6-8 medium potatoes ( uniform-sized potatoes)  
meat stock, salt and pepper  
cooking oil  
1 cup savory minced beef  
طريقه التحضير
peel, core, and soak in salted water. Drain, dry well, and fry in the oil.
Remove onto absorbent paper to cool, then fill with savory minced beef.
Arrange in a pot and half-cover with well-seasoned stock and cook slowly.
You can replace meat stock with tomato juice to have a different taste.
