Stuffed Zucchini (3)


المقادير
1/2 kg savory minced beef  
2-3 cups meat stock  
1 kg small zucchini  
salt and pepper  
1-2 tablespoons pine nuts  
cooking oil  
طريقه التحضير
Mince beef, rinse, pat dry, and fry very lightly in the oil.
Remove onto absorbent paper and cool.
Mix pine nuts with minced beef and
Core Zucchini and stuff loosely with the above mixture.
Arrange in pot, cover with well-seasoned stock, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the pan on a flat serving dish with a bed of green lettuce leaves.
