Stewed Spinach (1)


المقادير
1 1/2 kg spinach  
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice  
2 chopped onions,  
salt and pepper  
1/2 cup hulled grain  
1/2 kg beef  
طريقه التحضير
Wash hulled grain in warm water, soak for quarter of an hour, add fresh water, and boil for about 10 minutes, then strain and set aside.
Fry the onion until golden,
Cut beef into bite-sized cubes, add to the onion and fry together until soaking the juice.
Add hulled grain, seasoning, and submerge with water and put on fire for 15-20 minutes.
Add chopped spinach to cooking pot, and leave on flame until well cooked.
Remove from fire and stir in the lemon juice.
- You can replace water with tomato juice, omitting the lemon juice.
