Stewed Spinach (1)

1 1/2 kg spinach |

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice |

2 chopped onions, |

salt and pepper |

 |
1/2 cup hulled grain |
|
 |
1/2 kg beef |

 |
Wash hulled grain in warm water, soak for quarter of an hour, add fresh water, and boil for about 10 minutes, then strain and set aside. |

Fry the onion until golden, |

Cut beef into bite-sized cubes, add to the onion and fry together until soaking the juice. |

Add hulled grain, seasoning, and submerge with water and put on fire for 15-20 minutes. |

Add chopped spinach to cooking pot, and leave on flame until well cooked. |

Remove from fire and stir in the lemon juice. |
|
 |
- You can replace water with tomato juice, omitting the lemon juice. |
