Lightly fry the okra, then remove onto absorbent paper. |

Saute onions till they wilt in the oil of frying , |

Cut meat into cubes add to onion and leave over quick flame until the juice is absorbed. |

Add meat stock to cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. |

Add the okra and cook for another 15 minutes, then stir in the lemon juice and serve. |
|
- To have a better taste you can add chopped chard saute with garlice to the recipe and leave for another 10 minutes on fire. |
