Stewed Chicken in Milk


المقادير
2 chickens, about 1 kg each  
2 cups milk  
5 mastic grains  
cooking oil, salt and pepper  
2 tablespoons flour  
طريقه التحضير
Cut chickens into 6-8 pieces.
Heat cooking oil, add mastic grains and stir for 10 seconds, then add chicken pieces, cover immediately, and turn off the flame.
Leave the chicken pieces for two minutes to absorb the fragrance.
Fry chicken pieces until browned, then remove
With the same oil, fry the flour to a light brown color.
Remove from flame, add milk gradually, stirring constantly until well blended and then Return to flame,.
Adjust seasoning and when bubbling, add chicken joints and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes.
