Stewed Cabbage

Cut cabbage coarsely, into pieces about 1 cm thick and 5 cms long.

Boil in water with cumin for 3-5 minutes with making sure that it is totally submerged with water.

Drain, replace in pot, cover with tomato sauce, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
