Stewed Zucchini with Tomatoes

Peel tomatoes and chop.

Peel and slice zucchini into rounds 2cms thick.

Slice onions very thinly, keeping all ingredients separate.

Fry onions in the oil to a rich golden color, add tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.

Add meat and seasoning and cook for a further 20 minutes.

Toss in the zucchini and cook until meat is tender.
