Shredded Chicken Filling

Shredded Chicken Filling is usually used as a tasty filling in many recipe such as tacos with plain pollo picado.

المقادير 4 c chicken broth   2 boneless chicken breasts

طريقه التحضير
		Bring the chicken broth to boil in a large saucepan.
		Put the chicken pieces and bring it to boil in the broth
		Low down heat and cover the pan to let them simmer for 15 m.
		Remove from fire and set aside to cool and then cut it into bite-size joints and skin it.
