Bring some water with salt to boil and cook the potato halves in it for 20m. |

Remove from water and place in another cooking pan |

Put butter and seasoning and mash with milk |
|

Stir well and mix till smooth and set aside. |

Sauté onion in preheated oil till tender |

Add beef, carrot, parsley, garlic, thyme, and seasoning and leave on fire for 5 minutes |

Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well |

 |
Arrange the meat mixture in pie dish and top with potato mixture and swirl with fork |

Bake in preheated oven at 375°F and then leave for half an hour |

 |
When the outer part become golden brown remove it and serve hot |
