1/4kg cubed broccoli or any fresh green vegetable like cabbage, cauliflower or spinach
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

Parboil the broccoli cubes in boiling water for 3 minutes on medium heat and then drain and let to cool
Toast the sesame seeds in preheated dry frying pan covered with stirring continuously by shaking the pan to make sure that the seeds are well toasted for 2 minutes or till golden brown
Remove from the pan and then crush using a spoon or blender till having it halved
Add soy sauce, sugar to crushed sesame and mix well and then toss with the broccoli or the vegetable you have and serve hot
