Runner Beans Salad

2 thinly sliced red onions, |

1 kg runner beans |
|
 |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
|
 |
1 tablespoon oil, salt |

 |
Prepare the beans by removing tops and tails and parboil in salted water until tender, drain and spread to cool. |

Put lemon juice in salad bowl and soak sliced onion. |

Mix the beans with onions,and oil in a bowl. |
