Remove crust of potatoes and boil, put in a deep bowl, then pound. |

Break eggs and mix with all ingredients (except ghee), until you get a soft blend. |

Place ghee in pot and heat. |

Fry egg mixture until the bottom side sets. |
|
 |
Raise the edge to allow eggs go beneath. |
|
 |
Keep turning over and frying till both sides become brown in color. |
|
 |
Chop into thick chunks and serve. |
