Prepare the pepper by removing the stems and seeds and slicing it thinly. |

Saute onion in mixture of butter and oil and cut meat into small cubes. |

Add lamb and fry until absorbing the juice. |

Cook and toss the mixture cinnamon, peppers, and seasoning, after covering with stock for 15-20 minutes. |

If the stock does not completely cover, add more hot water. |
