Paprika Chicken (2)


المقادير
1 small chicken  
1 large chopped onion  
1 green pepper, cored and cut into rings  
1 1/2 c. sour cream  
3/4 c. water  
4 tbsp. vegetable oil  
Salt, paprika  
1 tbsp. flour  
طريقه التحضير
Cut chicken into 8 pieces, rinse with cold water and pat dry.
Heat oil over medium heat and then fry onion till tender.
Put the chicken pieces with the onion and cook until brown on all sides
Sprinkle salt and paprika, cover the chicken with water and bring to boil.
Lower the heat and let the mixture to simmer for half an hour with adding water if needed.
While waiting for the chicken to be ready, prepare the dipping. Mix 1.c of sour cream with flour and water well and then let them for few minutes on low fire to simmer.
Arrange the chicken pieces in the serving dish and cover it with the marinade. You can use the green pepper rings or replace it with fresh parsley.
