Paprika Chicken (1)


المقادير
12 pieces chicken  
Paprika  
8 tbsp. melted butter or margarine  
1 c. sour cream  
2 c. flour  
1 halved lemon  
2 chicken bouillon cubes  
2 c. hot water  
Salt and pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Skin the chicken pieces, rinse in cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika to have a spicy taste.
Coat the chicken pieces with melted butter
Put the flour in a plastic bag, put 2 pieces in the bag and shake it well to have the pieces coated with bread.
Arrange the chicken pieces in a greased pan and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon juice and put in the oven for an hour at 400°F.
Turn off fire, remove the chicken from the pan and place it in ovenproof pan and let it in the oven to keep it warm.
Heat the sauce in the pan, add the rest of the ingredients and stir well till brown and serve as spicy dipping with the chicken.
