Mashed Okra


المقادير
1 kg okra  
2 cups tomato juice  
cooking oil, salt and pepper  
1/2 kg finely ground beef or lamb,  
2 finely sliced onions,  
1 teaspoon ground coriander  
5 garlic cloves  
طريقه التحضير
Fry onions in the oil until golden,
Add ground meat, and fry until absorbing all the juice.
Season the tomato juice and pour over the frying meat and cook for 10 minutes,
lower heat, add okra, and stir constantly until all the ingredients are completely blended.
Fry crushed garlic with salt and coriander (taliya) in a separate pan, then toss into cooking pot over the okra mixture and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
