Mashed Okra, Upper Egyptian style

1 teaspoon ground coriander |

1 kg okra |

2 cups meat stock |
|
 |
2 chopped hot chili peppers, |

5 garlic cloves |
|
 |
salt and pepper |
|
 |
1/2 kg beef |

 |
Cut beef into small cubes and boil in meat stock for about half an hour. |

Remove from broth and add okra and peppers Cook for about 10 minutes, then mash with fork. |

Mix meat with mashed okra in cooking pot. |

 |
Prepare taliya and add to cooking pot and simmer for 5-7 minutes. |
