Kidney Bean Salad


المقادير
3 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil  
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar  
1/8 tsp. chili powder  
1/2 tsp. oregano  
1 tbsp. chopped pimento  
12 pitted black olives, chopped  
1/2 head lettuce  
1 green pepper  
1/2 c. red onion  
1 garlic clove  
2 c. can kidney beans  
طريقه التحضير
Finely chop the garlic clove.
Drain the can kidney beans.
Clean out the green pepper then chop.
Chop the red onion.
Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, chili powder, and oregano in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until well blended.
Make a mixture of remaining ingredients (except lettuce) in a large bowl.
Mix with oil mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Place lettuce leaves on a plate and top with salad.
