Kale


المقادير
1 head kale  
2 cloves garlic  
2 tbsp. vegetable oil  
طريقه التحضير
Wash kale well and remove the leaf rib and pat the remaining part dry
Roll the leaves of the kale and slice into thin strips
Sauté garlic in preheated oil and then add the kale slices and stir well till tender
