Italian-Style Cauliflower


المقادير
1 head cauliflower  
1/4 kg. sliced pimento cheese  
1/4 kg. sliced mushrooms,  
2 tbsp. flour  
1 c. milk  
5 tbsp. melted butter  
1 sliced green pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Prepare the cauliflower by removing the green parts and dividing the flower-like part into smaller pieces
Heat some slightly salted water and then put the cauliflower pieces and sauté for 5 minutes or till tender
Remove from fire and drain
In another pan, fry the pepper, and mushrooms in the melted butter for 4 minutes and then remove from fire
Add the flour gradually over the mixture with stirring occasionally
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly and then return to fire with continuous stirring till thicken
Arrange the cauliflower in a flat serving dish, top with the cheese slices, and then put the creamed green pepper and mushrooms and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
