Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into thin slices. |

Place oil in skillet over flame. |

Add lamp to sauté until brown and crisp. |

Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and dry over paper towels. |

Allow to cool then tear the meat. |

Sauté onion in same skillet. Stir from time to time. |

When onion is slightly brown, add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer mixture, keeping the stir. |

After 60 seconds, pour the vinegar mixture over potatoes. |

 |
Sprinkle with the crispy lamp. |

 |
Mix the salad with a spoon to coat with vinegar mixture. |
|
 |
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm. |
