Hot Potato Salad


المقادير
3 tbsp. water  
4 to 5 medium boiling potatoes, cooked with skin  
6 slices lamp  
1/4 tsp. pepper, freshly ground  
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped  
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped  
4 tbsp. cider vinegar  
1 tsp. sugar  
1/2 tsp. salt  
طريقه التحضير
Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Place oil in skillet over flame.
Add lamp to sauté until brown and crisp.
Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and dry over paper towels.
Allow to cool then tear the meat.
Sauté onion in same skillet. Stir from time to time.
When onion is slightly brown, add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer mixture, keeping the stir.
After 60 seconds, pour the vinegar mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with the crispy lamp.
Mix the salad with a spoon to coat with vinegar mixture.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
