Grilled Pigeons


You can find Pigeons now easily either frozen or alive. To pluck the feather of the pigeons after slaying them, you should immerse in boiling water and the soft hairs can be singed off over a naked flame. Then you should empty entrails by halving it from the back with saving heart and gizzard and discard the rest.

A) Ingredients:  
2-3 pigeons  
salt and pepper  
parsley for decoration  
B) marinade:  
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
2 tablespoons onion juice  
1 tablespoon oil  
طريقه التحضير
Halve pigeons, cutting them down the back.
Prepare marinade and marinate pigeons for 2-3 hours.
Brush off marinade and grill, basting once or twice.
For serving pegeons you can place on a bed of parsley and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
