Cut the chicken wings into bite-size piece and discard the extra skin.
Heat oven to 400°F and grease it with some vegetable oil spray.
Coat the chicken pieces with flour well.
Arrange the chicken pieces in the pan in a single layer and cook for quarter of an hour or till golden.
While waiting for the chicken pieces, prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, lemon juice, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger root in small pan and boil on high heat.
Add the marinade to the pan of the chicken pieces and cook uncovered for 12 minutes on medium heat to simmer.
You can use honey instead of sugar and sprinkle some Sesame seeds on the chicken pieces after being cooked or add it to the flour before frying the pieces.
