Garbanzo Bean Salad


Garbanzo makes for a light lunch or a satisfying starter for supper on hot days.
المقادير
2 1/2 c. canned garbanzo beans  
2 cloves garlic  
1 green bell pepper  
1 red bell pepper  
1 red onion  
salt and pepper to season  
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar  
1/4 c. olive oil  
1/2 tsp. cumin  
طريقه التحضير
Seed and chop the red and green bell pepper. Place in a large bowl.
Peel and mince the cloves garlic. Add to the bowl.
Chop the red onion and add to the bowl.
Rinse the garbanzo beans then drain. Add to bowl and combine well.
In a separate bowl, whisk vinegar, olive oil, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper to prepare topping.
Pour topping over the bean mixture.
Gently toss all ingredients to coat well. Serve cool or chilled.
