Fried chicken


المقادير
2 small chicken,  
1 cup pomegranate juice  
dash of sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper  
1-2 grated onions,  
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts,  
1 cup chicken broth.  
طريقه التحضير
Cut chicken into neat joints and
Fry lightly on all sides, then remove keeping warm and save the oil to be used for frying the onion.
Fry onions until they wilt, then add sugar, pomegranate juice, broth, seasoning, walnuts and cook until sauce thickens.
Add chicken pieces and it would be ready to be served after being cooked over slow fire for about half an hour.
