Field Bean Stew


المقادير
4 eggs  
1/2 kg un-drained field beans (canned)  
2 tbsp. olive oil  
2 crushed garlic cloves  
3 tbsp. lemon juice  
2 chopped scallions  
2lemon slices  
4 tbsp. chopped parsley  
1 tsp. salt  
طريقه التحضير
Hard boil eggs in for 25 minutes and then drain with cold water and set aside to cool
Remove the shell and divide it quarterly
Mix beans with garlic, oil, lemon juice and salt and put on low-medium fire to simmer for 15 minutes and then divide into small bowls
Arrange the egg quarters on the surface and garnish with parsley, scallions and lemon slices
It is usually served with pita bread in breakfast
