Eggs Fried with Pastrami


المقادير
5-6 eggs  
cooking oil  
125 g pastrami  
salt and black pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Take away the tough crust of pastrami.
Turn over to cook both sides
Add eggs, beaten or whole.
When eggs are set, transfer onto the serving dish
Season with salt and pepper.
*Put oil with Pastrami and heat them together because Pastrami becomes crisp rapidly.
*The more you cook pastrami, the more it becomes bitter. So try to avoid overcooking.
