Eggs Fried with Lemon Juice


المقادير
5-6 eggs  
cooking oil  
2 tablespoons lemon juice  
salt and black pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Slide eggs onto very hot oil.
Cover with lemon juice at once.
Baste once or twice.
Add salt and salt on top.
