Cucumber with Crab

3 thinly sliced and salted cucumbers |

Small can thawed crab |
|
|
For preparing the dressing: 1/4 c. rice vinegar, |
|
|
1 tsp. salt, soy sauce sesame seeds, |
|
|
2 tbsp. sugar |

Press strongly on the cucumber to extract the large amount possible of the salt sauce in it and divide the sauce into small pieces |

|
Distribute the pieces of crab and cucumber in small bowls |
|
|
Mix sugar with vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and then pour it over the bowls and sprinkle some sesame seeds on the surface for decoration |
