Peel and crush the cloves garlic. Set aside. |

Peel and slice cucumbers paper thin. Place in medium bowl. |

Add salt and stir well. |

Set aside for 30 minutes. |

Meanwhile, place garlic, sour cream, and Hungarian salad dressing in a container. |

Place a lid over the container and close tightly. Shake ingredients well. |

Strain from excess liquid thoroughly using a colander. |

Place cucumbers in a serving plate. |
|
 |
Pour the dressing and blend until well mixed. |
|
 |
Place in refrigerator to chill for 60 seconds. |
|
 |
Before serving, sprinkle with paprika and pepper. |
