Wash spinach, chop coarsely, and put on flame with no water. |

Cook for about 10 minutes in closed pot until spinach loses its moisture with tossing occasionally, then drain. |

Blend with most of the bechamel sauce, and keep some sauce to cover the surface with. |

Grease oven pan, mix the spinach with the savory minced beef, and pour in dish. |

Cover with the remaining bechamel sauce and top with a beaten egg. |

Cook in center of preheated moderate oven for about 30 minutes and allow the top to brown. |
