Creamed Spinach


المقادير
1/2 kg spinach  
1 egg  
3 cups bechamel sauce  
1/2 kg savory minced beef  
طريقه التحضير
Wash spinach, chop coarsely, and put on flame with no water.
Cook for about 10 minutes in closed pot until spinach loses its moisture with tossing occasionally, then drain.
Blend with most of the bechamel sauce, and keep some sauce to cover the surface with.
Grease oven pan, mix the spinach with the savory minced beef, and pour in dish.
Cover with the remaining bechamel sauce and top with a beaten egg.
Cook in center of preheated moderate oven for about 30 minutes and allow the top to brown.
