Heat cooking oil, add mastic, stir, cover and remove from fire for a while to let the mastic melt and perfume pot. |

Add chicken, lightly fry, then |

add onions and water to cover and boil until chicken is tender. |

Remove chicken from pot, bone and cut into neat pieces and keep warm. |

Sprinkle water on bread to soften, then squeeze to remove moisture.Crumble. |

Mix garlic, coriander, seasoning to a smooth consistency, saute for 3-5 minutes |

Mash onions in stock and replace over fire, then toss the above mixture onto the boiling stock together with nuts and crumbled bread. |

Adjust seasoning, and leave on slow fire, stirring constantly until sauce becomes like thin custard. |

Add chicken pieces to sauce and allow to boil. |
|
 |
After boiling for a while it would be ready to be served. |
