Chicken Yassa


المقادير
4 1/2kg. chicken pieces cut into neat joints  
4 finely sliced onions,  
1/4 c. lemon juice  
Salt, ground black Pepper  
1 habanero pepper  
5 tbsp. peanut oil  
1/2 c. water  
طريقه التحضير
In the day before preparing the meal, prepare the marinade.
Combine the lemon juice, onions, salt, pepper and peanut oil.
Add the habañero pepper after making some halls in it to make the taste spicier and then let the mixture for quarter of an hour.
Coat the chicken with the marinade and keep it overnight in the refrigerator.
In the next day, remove the chicken pieces, rap them in tinfoil on the broiler rack and put in preheated oven.
Broil the pieces for 20-30 minute
Strain the onion slices from the marinade using a strainer and fray in a large pan on medium heat till tender.
Pour the rest of the sauce and leave on heat for 4 minutes, add the chicken pieces and water and stir to coat.
Cover the pan and let to simmer for half an hour and then pour it over the rice and serve hot.
