In the day before preparing the meal, prepare the marinade. |

Combine the lemon juice, onions, salt, pepper and peanut oil. |

Add the habañero pepper after making some halls in it to make the taste spicier and then let the mixture for quarter of an hour. |

Coat the chicken with the marinade and keep it overnight in the refrigerator. |

In the next day, remove the chicken pieces, rap them in tinfoil on the broiler rack and put in preheated oven. |

Broil the pieces for 20-30 minute |

Strain the onion slices from the marinade using a strainer and fray in a large pan on medium heat till tender. |

Pour the rest of the sauce and leave on heat for 4 minutes, add the chicken pieces and water and stir to coat. |

Cover the pan and let to simmer for half an hour and then pour it over the rice and serve hot. |
