Fry oil in a kettle in warm oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. |

Add red pepper flakes, green pepper, garlic, salt, and black pepper and stir well. |

Skin the chicken and cut them into small joints and cook for 10 minutes till brown in the previous mixture |

Pour water and tomato over the mixture and lower the heat and leave it to simmer for 10 m. |

Take 2 tbsp of the chicken sauce and mix it with the peanut butter in another bowl. Add half or the mixture to the chicken pot and leave it for 30 m. |

While waiting for the chicken to be ready, add the washed and pat dry spinach in a medium saucepan filled with boiling water and leave on fire till tender. |

Drain and rinse the spinach and add the peanut butter to it. |

Put the chicken in a serving dish together with the greens. |
