Cut up cauliflower into sprigs and parboil in water and salt for 3 minutes and drain. |

Arrange in greased oven pan and cover with bechamel sauce. |

Beat egg, pour it over bechamel sauce |

bake in preheated moderate oven until the top browns. |

For variety, cover with thin tahina sauce instead of bechamel sauce. |
