Boiled Spinach
Ohitashi or Boiled Spinach is one of the delicious and easy to prepare Chinese dishes that is usually served with soy sauce.

Bring some water to boil in a large cooking pan |

Put the spinach in it for 2 minutes |
|
 |
Remove spinach, wash and strain and divide into 4 medium size balls |

 |
Serve in small bowls and garnish with toasted sesame and soy sauce |
