Baked Eggs in Yogurt

المقادير
4-6 eggs  
1 teaspoon mint powder ghee  
5-7 crushed cloves garlic  
2 cups yogurt  
1 egg white  
Salt and black pepper  
طريقه التحضير
Beat eggs, mix with yogurt, put over very low heat and cook uncovered for 5-7 minutes.
Pour into shallow dish.
Place ghee in frying pan over heat.
Fry garlic until it gets a golden color and keep stirring continuously to avoid it sticking to bottom of pan.
Add mint and seasoning and mix.
Break eggs over yogurt and space them evenly.
Add the garlic blend and the ghee.
Place in oven to bake until eggs are set.
